As for the service, it’s okay—not bad, but nothing extraordinary either. One thing to note is that they only have two unisex bathrooms, and the line can get long. This place had a really chill vibe. Great atmosphere. The service was great; attentive but not suffocating. The burgers were SO good. Good gluten free options. I got the Brie and Bacon burger with a gluten free bun and regular fries. My husband got a Triple Trouble burger with pepper jack cheese and sweet potato fries.

If you say you are a burger place, then you should have great burgers. The burgers were solid. Our wait time to get in was about 20 minutes (they were busy). Our server was nice and friendly. We all ordered burgers. They came out in about 15 minutes. The portions are huge, I'm guessing a 6-8 ounce burger. They are also made to what temperature you like and were pretty spot on. The taste and seasoning were good. The amount of fries you get is also a large portion. They have a full bar that seats around 12. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. They have designated handicapped spots. Easy to get into and out of from the main road.

Our party of 6 had visited the restaurant and we had dinner over there. There was a one hour wait as it was Fall Break and the place was crowded but it was worth waiting. The burgers at this place are just amazing and flavourful. The service was fast and we enjoyed every bite of our food . Worth visiting this place if you are in that area.

I recently visited Black Mtn. Burger and had a wonderful experience. Although I had to wait a little, the burger was prepared exactly as I requested and was delicious. Our waitress, (Kenzie), was kind, attentive, and prompt in her service. The prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely be coming back for more!
